Area Of Research
| Development of non-thermal and thermo-mechanical processing techniques for nutritional enhancement of cereals and millets; development of functional foods; design of non-destructive sensing devices for agricultural produce quality assessment; and application of machine learning/RSM-based optimization in food process engineering. |
Professional Experience
| Previously served as a junior research fellow at ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana, under an ANRF-funded project. Also served as guest faculty in the Department of Food Technology, CAET, RPCAU, Pusa. Currently pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Engineering (specialized in processing and food engineering) at RPCAU, Pusa, where I have submitted my thesis for viva-voce examination. |
