Professional Experience
Previously served as a junior research fellow at ICAR-CIPHET, Ludhiana, under an ANRF-funded project. Also served as guest faculty in the Department of Food Technology, CAET, RPCAU, Pusa. Currently pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Engineering (specialized in processing and food engineering) at RPCAU, Pusa, where I have submitted my thesis for viva-voce examination.
